1. Centralized Accommodations, Modifications, and Activities
- A new Accommodations tab has been added to the student profile, located alongside the existing Goals/Objectives tab.
- Tabs for Modifications and Activities are also introduced, each supporting custom field entries.

2. Customizable and Persistent Entries
- Providers can now document custom accommodations, modifications, and activities for individual students within their profiles.
- These entries automatically populate sessions for the student, eliminating the need for repetitive data entry.

3. One Source of Truth
- Custom entries can only be created or edited within the student's profile.
- This ensures consistency across all sessions and prevents inadvertent cross-student application of accommodations.

4. Timestamp and Audit Trail
- Each tab displays a "Last Updated" field, showing the provider's name, date, and time of the last edit.
‍
5. Individualized Session Notator Views
- Providers can view student-specific accommodations in the session notator without the clutter of unrelated entries from other students.
- Entries are selectable/deselectable per session for greater flexibility.

Enhancements

1. Dynamic Entry Field
- New open text fields auto-generate as current fields are filled, allowing unlimited additions to accommodations, modifications, and activities.

2. Improved Workflow in Session Notator
- Manual creation of custom accommodations/modifications within the session notator is now deactivated.
- Default activities remain selectable, but selections do not carry over to other students’ sessions.

Bug Fixes
‍
- Resolved issues with cross-student visibility of custom accommodations in session notators.
‍
- Fixed inconsistencies in timestamp updates when accommodations were modified.
